I have a VERY noisy Saturn that otherwise good SCART cables from other, reputable brands fail to mitigate interference for. This cable does the best job of the lot. If you are worried about interference: this is the cable for you!

I had purchased several MiSTer SCART cables from other vendors years ago, and even though they might have worked on professional video monitors, when used with an RGB-modded consumer television, I wouldn't get proper sync. I just modded an Toshiba 19a21 and I tested my old cables with the mod - and neither of the two I had worked, so I ordered this one - and that 470ohm resistor on the sync line solved my issue completely. I am now enjoying my arcade cores on beautiful shadow-mask CRT with no noise of any kind and perfect sync. I discovered settings in this Toshiba set I am using to adjust the Horizontal Voltage Controlled Oscillator - and now even games with odd sync times work perfectly - but none of it would have worked without this cable. I won't buy MiSTer accessories or prebuilt systems from anywhere else... everything these folks do is golden. Thanks for the kit!!!

Mostly I’ve been trying to get away from SCART because I don’t love the connector. Sometimes they are loose, rattletrap and cheap feeling but not this one! The cable is extremely high quality with a diff head than I’ve seen which makes a very solid connection. So if you need SCART this is an excellent choice
