Shipping policy

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from Idaho Falls, Idaho. We ship multiple times per week.

Domestic US orders ship via USPS or UPS, typically arriving within 2-7 business days. Canadian orders ship via USPS First Class International or UPS, usually arriving within 7-14 business days. All other international orders ship via UPS Worldwide, with delivery times of 5-14 business days depending on destination and customs processing. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. 

Some items may be backordered due to supply chain lead times. Expected availability is shown on the product page, and backordered items ship as soon as stock arrives. All orders include tracking, and you'll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. Backordered items are considered final purchases and are not eligible for cancellation prior to shipping.

We are currently unable to ship to Iraq, North Macedonia, Bangladesh, or Ukraine.
