MiSTer add-on boards were designed around the DE10-Nano form factor, which doesn't have a full-sized USB type A port. As such, a small connector is needed to interface the official USB hub.

The USB bracket is compatible with:

  • Caseless setup
  • PCB case
  • Aluminum case
but is likely not compatible with:
  • 3D printed cases
  • other, third party cases
